A Show Larger Than Life

After a successful season at Hamburger Börs in Stockholm, 'A Show Larger Than Life' moves to Rondo in Gothenburg. The show celebrates the biggest hits of the boyband era and many of the Swedish creators who have conquered the world.

Ten of our top live artists, including David Lindgren, Boris René, Greg Curtis, Erik Segerstedt, and Mattias Andréasson, deliver this treasure trove with a new sound, captivating stage effects, and masterful choreography. A nostalgic kick created with grand finesse and live euphoria, dedicated to all party-loving music enthusiasts. All packaged by Sweden's best show venue, Rondo, where food, music, show, and after-party become a memorable evening.

'A Show Larger Than Life' pays tribute to an epic music era, from the early 90s to today, with world-famous hits from Backstreet Boys, New Kids on The Block, Westlife, Take That, *NSYNC, One Direction, and many more. Behind many of these hits are well-known Swedish producers and songwriters such as Max Martin, Jörgen Elofsson, Andreas Carlsson, Denniz Pop, and Lisa Miskovsky, whose masterpieces are now delivered in an entirely new, irresistible sound. All under the direction of conductor Kristian Kraftling, known from Dirty Loops. Adding to the wow factor are some of Sweden's best show creators promising a feast for all senses; the producer behind successes like Danny Saucedo's 'Nu' and 'The Run(a)way Show,' Ola Salo's show 'It Takes a Fool To Remain Sane,' and Alcazar's 'Disco Defenders' - Mikael Gordon-Solfors, and the multiple gold mask award-winning director Roine Söderlundh.

Since its inception in 1997, Rondo at Liseberg has established itself as one of Sweden's foremost show venues. Artists such as After Dark, Ola Salo, Lena Philipsson, and many more have enriched Rondo over the years with world-class entertainment.

With 'A Show Larger Than Life,' Rondo offers a shared dining concept with Latin American influences or a delightful snack plate before the show starts.
