You can check in to your room from 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier to visit the park, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

We cannot guarantee early check-in, but if your room is ready before 4:00 PM, you are welcome to check in at that time.

You need to check out by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you plan to visit the park on the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

To ensure that all guests enjoy their breakfast to the full you need to book your breakfast time. We will send you a welcome email a few days before your arrival date. This will contain a link that you can click on to book your breakfast time.

We do not have any fold-out beds at the hotel, but we do have some cots. If you need to borrow a cot we recommend that you contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking, as there are a limited number of cots available.

We have several luggage rooms where you can leave your luggage during the day. You can use these whether you plan to check in or have already checked out of the hotel.

In rooms with five beds the fifth one is a pull-out bed. This bed is full-length, but the mattress is slightly thinner and narrower than the other beds so it is best suited to children.

Depending on the type of room it can accommodate from 5 to 7 guests. We also have a limited number of cots. If you need to borrow a cot we recommend that you contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking to make sure we have a cot available.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a room with us. Guests who are younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible person over 18 years of age. If you book a room for someone under the age of 18 you will be responsible for that person, whether you stay in the room yourself or not.

If you want to leave the park, ask one of our entrance hosts to give you an arm stamp. When you want to return the park you just show the stamp at the entrance. This only applies on the day you use your admission to the park.

Dogs are not permitted in the park, but we do have a number of rooms at the hotel where dogs are welcome. Contact Bookings immediately after you make your booking to check that a dog-friendly room is available. It costs SEK 300 per dog and per stay to bring your dog along. We welcome up to two dogs per room. Other pets are not permitted.

Yes, there is a well-equipped gym on level 2. There is a lower age limit of 15 for using the gym without a guardian. The gym is fully equipped with, among other things, barbells, free weights, kettlebells, and several different cardio machines. Perfect for those who want to become both faster and stronger! The gym is closed between 10 PM and 6 AM.

No, smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas outside the hotel.
