Accessibility for the app “Liseberg” – Android

The statement refers to Liseberg version 10.7.8, published on June 4, 2024.

Liseberg is responsible for this mobile application. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This document describes how Liseberg complies with the law on accessibility to digital public services, any known accessibility issues, and how you can report deficiencies to us so that we can address them.

How accessible is the mobile application?

Report deficiencies in the mobile application’s accessibility

Technical information about the mobile application’s accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the law on accessibility to digital public services, due to the deficiencies described below. The content described below is, in one way or another, not fully accessible.

Problems when using with impaired vision and/or color blindness

  • There are images that lack alt-text.
  • The contrast between text and background is too low.
  • Only color is used to convey information.
  • The app does not fully respect the user’s text size settings. When text is enlarged, not all text is enlarged and some text is not visible.
  • The app does not respect the user’s color settings, making it impossible to use, for example, dark mode.

Problems when using with impaired motor skills

  • The app only supports portrait mode, not landscape mode.
  • There is content that can only be navigated through horizontal swiping.
  • There are buttons with too small a clickable area.

Problems when using with impaired cognitive abilities

  • There is moving content that cannot be paused, stopped, or hidden.

Problems when using with one or more of the following disabilities: impaired motor skills, impaired vision, color blindness, impaired cognitive abilities

  • The app is largely unusable with an external keyboard.
  • There are clickable elements without a visible indication that they are clickable.
  • It is not always possible to undo a selection, as some clickable elements cannot be deselected once selected.
  • There are links whose purpose is not clear.
  • There are links with associated icons that are not grouped; both the icon and the link are clickable and lead to the same page.

How we tested the mobile application

Knowit Experience has reviewed the Liseberg app for Android. The latest assessment was made on June 12, 2024. The statement was last updated on July 1, 2024.
