Before your visit
Here you can find information about accessibility at Liseberg that may be useful to know before your visit. You can read more about queue priority and personal attendants, parking facilities, where the washrooms and quiet room are located, and contact details.
If you need a personal attendant
Liseberg offers free admission to someone accompanying a guest who requires a personal attendant due to an illness or disability. This is to facilitate their visit to the park. If you need a personal attendant to help you get in and out of a ride, or if you need help during the ride, the personal attendant will get a special ride pass free of charge. The personal attendant will be given a personal attendant armband.
You must bring a Liseberg certificate proving your need for a personal attendant, which you must display at Guest Services when you visit. If you need more than two personal attendants, they must pay the regular admission price. On the certificate you can find out more about the validity and terms, as well as who is authorised to sign the certificate. A certificate is valid for three years from the date it was signed.
Certificates signed in 2022 or 2023 are also valid for three years and do not need to be updated until later. Certificates can be displayed digitally or in paper form.

Useful information in and outside the park
Parking
We have parking spaces specially reserved for holders of disabled parking permits: five of these spaces are at the South Entrance (Södra vägen 72) and one is at the North Entrance (Örgrytevägen 5).
Admission and Guest Services
Liseberg amusement park has two entrances, both of which have staffed Guest Services. The North Entrance is at Liseberg Station and Korsvägen and the South Entrance is at Herman Lindholms Torg 1.
Stages and events
Read up-to-date information on accessibility under the information for each stage or event at liseberg.se.
Vision and hearing support
Do you have impaired vision or hearing? We strive to make our stages and performances accessible to everyone. Liseberg Theatre and Rondo both have hearing loops (audio induction loops) installed. Read more about hearing loops underneath each event.
Washrooms and quiet room
There is a quiet room at Guest Services at the South Entrance. You can get first aid supplies and rest here if needed There is also a large accessible washroom there with a changing table, hoist and shower (sling is not provided). Other washroom units in the park also have at least one toilet that is accessible for wheelchair users.
See the list of washrooms under Services in the park.
Wheelchairs
There are a few wheelchairs for loan from the Cloakroom at the North entrance. The number of wheelchairs is limited, so we recommend that you reserve a wheelchair by calling Liseberg’s Bookings and Customer Service on +46 31-400 100. You will need to show valid ID.
Service dogs
If you need the assistance of a service dog, they are welcome in the park, but only if they are working. Other pets must stay at home. At events with a seated audience at Stora Scenen, a number of the outermost seats at the front, near the stage, are reserved for disabled guests who have a service dog. These provide a little more space for the dog as well as access to water and shade.
