Liseberg strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued.

Our ambition is to be Sweden's safest entertainment destination. In addition to providing a fantastic experience, guest safety is our top priority. We focus on park security through our security guards and hosts, ride safety with comprehensive safety checks and technical maintenance, food safety, and systematic workplace safety efforts.

We also promote an inclusive and welcoming environment where diversity is embraced. We offer a wide range of experiences in the park, prioritizing guest satisfaction, accessibility, and diversity. We believe in employee engagement and competence as essential tools for job satisfaction, service excellence, and equitable treatment.

Each year, Liseberg receives numerous requests to support various organizations, businesses, associations, and individuals or projects. Unfortunately, we cannot assist everyone, even though the needs are significant and the causes worthy. Social support initiatives are provided based on established criteria, primarily in the form of tickets and ride passes through partnerships with various organizations.
