Have you lost something during your visit?

We will do what we can to help you! Start by filling out the form below.

Here is what we do when we find forgotten belongings:

  • We send valuables to the Police once a week (for example, wallets and mobile phones). It is important that you have the phone’s serial number saved for identification. You can reach the Police’s Lost and Found Center here. (in Swedish)
  • You have the option to pick up what you lost or forgot on-site, by appointment.
  • If possible, we can also send forgotten items to you for a postage fee (large packages higher postage, small packages lower postage) plus an administration fee of 200 SEK. We send traceable and not outside the EU.
  • Other items are kept for about 2 weeks. Due to space constraints, they are then donated to charity. We have agreements with Human Bridge and Östhjälpen.
  • We do not save food or prize winnings.
