In November 2011 Hotel Liseberg Heden opened its new Wellness Center with a little gym, sauna and relax in central Gothenburg.

Our Wellness is unisex and open every day between 4 - 9 pm. If you want to use the gym at other hours please contact the reception. As a hotel guest you have free access to the gym, sauna and relaxation area.

Our wellness facilities can not be booked in advance or reserved. The minimum age to visit the gym is 18 years old. All training is done at your own risk.

Sauna:
Our sauna experience offers a Steam Bath and Dry Sauna in a peaceful environment.

Relax:
In the relaxation room you can calm down in a relaxing chair with something to read and drink. Service can be ordered from the restaurant. 

Gym:
Here you will find fitness equipment of the highest quality, both for fitness, strength and functional training.

- Wobble disks
- Reebok Deck
- Multi-power machine for functional training

Wellness Kit:
Available for purchase at the reception, consisting of slippers, small towel, soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Price: SEK 65

Practical information:

• Since the sauna is unisex, we would suggest you to bring your own swim wear and change in your room.
• Bathrobe and slippers are available in some room types, but can also be borrowed from the reception.
• Large and small towels can be borrowed in the sauna.
• For those who want a wider variety of training equipment, we are cooperating with City Gym located 5 minutes from the hotel. Training tickets can be purchased at the front desk, entrance to the swimming hall is also included.
