All the conference rooms have advanced, user-friendly AV equipment controlled from a practical panel.

Each room contains:

- Large projection screen      - Overhead projector
- CD/DVD                               - Writing board
- TV/Video                              - Notepad and pens
- Speaker system
- Document camera (electronic overhead projector) on request.

The hotel’s large IFK and Osborn halls are also equipped with three PC outlets and a wireless headset microphone (on request).
