AIRPORT BUS. The bus stop is on Korsvägen, about 500 meters from the hotel. Timetables are available at the reception.

ALARM CALL can be ordered directly on the room phone or via reception.

BAR is situated in the lobby. During summer season seats outside are available.

BOULES. You can play boules in the hotel patio. Contact the reception for more information.

BREAKFAST BUFFET is included in the room charge and will be served in the restaurant. If you are setting off early you can pick up a breakfast tray in the reception. CABLE TV. We offer 16 TV channels. No extra charge for any channels.

CHECKING IN. Welcome to check in from 4 pm. In case of early arrival, you are of course welcome to leave your luggage, park your car and retrieve any Liseberg tickets.

CHECKING OUT no later than 11 am.

CHILDREN'S STROLLERS. We ask you to notice that children's strollers may not be stored in the hotel corridor because of fire safety. 

CONFERENCES. The hotel has 7 practical and flexible conference rooms. Contact us for more information.

CREDIT CARDS. The hotel accepts most regular credit cards.

EVACUATION PLAN can be found on the inside of your hotel door. Emergency exits and fire points are marked. Each room is equipped with its own unique smoke detector and an evacuation alarm that emits a buzzer signal.

EXERCISE. As a hotel guest you have free access to our gym (see info above). We also cooperate with City Gym located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gym pass can be purchased at the reception. Admission to the swimming hall next door is included.

GAMES. Parlour games can be borrowed from the reception.

GARDENS. Our three gardens are for the pleasure of our guests. The doors will be open during summer and at pleasant weather conditions.

INTERNET. Wi-Fi is available in every room and is included in the room rate. You will find the username and password in your room. Wireless internet is also available in the lobby, where there is also a stationary internet station. Ask for the login code at the reception desk.

LAUNDRY which you would like to have cleaned the same day should be left at the reception before 9 am (Monday–Friday). Price list and laundry bags are available in your room.

IRON and ironing board is available in your room.

LISEBERG. We offer you a free entrance ticket to Sweden's greatest family attraction, Liseberg. Subject to some price categories. You can collect your tickets from the reception and gather any information you need.

LISEBERG RIDE PASS. As a guest at the hotel you can buy Ride Passes in the reception. Ask the reception staff for more information.

LUGGAGE can be stored in the luggage room near the reception. The hotel is not responsible for the luggage. To borrow luggage trolleys, ask the reception.

PARKING permits for the car park adjacent to the hotel can be purchased from the reception. They are valid for 24 hours and should be placed so that they are clearly visible. PRINT-OUT. We offer the possibility to print documents from the computer station in the lobby, ask the reception.

RADIO. Listen to Swedish radio on the TV information channels.

SAFETY BOX. To keep your valuables safe, all rooms have a safety box. There are also safety boxes in the reception.

SHOE POLISHING machines are situated in the corridors named "Haga" and "Guldheden".

SMOKING. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. There will be a fee charged if you smoke in your room. Designated smoking area is available outside the hotel entrance.
